1. No Returns

Due to the nature of pet-care products, hygiene-sensitive solutions, and topical applications, we do not accept returns under any circumstances once the product has been delivered.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Pet hygiene sprays
  • Odour eliminators
  • Skin care & wound care solutions
  • Surface disinfectants
  • Any opened, sealed, or tamper-evident products

This policy ensures product purity, safety, and compliance with hygiene guidelines.

2. No Refunds

All purchases made on the PetnCare website are final and non-refundable.
We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product ordered
  • Dislike of scent/texture/experience
  • Ordering without reading product details
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

3. Exceptions (If applicable)
