1. No Returns
Due to the nature of pet-care products, hygiene-sensitive solutions, and topical applications, we do not accept returns under any circumstances once the product has been delivered.

- Odour eliminators
- Skin care & wound care solutions
- Surface disinfectants
- Any opened, sealed, or tamper-evident products

2. No Refunds
All purchases made on the PetnCare website are final and non-refundable.
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered
- Dislike of scent/texture/experience
